The short answer
WCC manages HPE Aruba Networking day to day: Aruba Central, access points, CX switches and ClearPass, including firmware, security advisories, policy changes, license renewals and HPE support cases, with technicians who can fix the cable or closet when that's the problem. It fits schools, colleges, healthcare and organizations that rely on ClearPass for network access control.

ClearPass
Where most Aruba networks fall behind
ClearPass is the reason many organizations pick Aruba, and it's the part that most often drifts. Certificates expire, device profiles go stale and policies get patched one exception at a time. We keep ClearPass current, document the policy design and handle onboarding for staff, students, guests and IoT devices. For schools and colleges, that includes eduroam and content filtering for guest networks. See HPE Aruba Networking.
Service levels
Three levels of service
Essential
Monitoring, firmware, license tracking and business-hours support for single-site networks.
Pro
Adds ClearPass management, multi-site operations, after-hours response and quarterly reviews.
Enterprise
Adds a named engineer, custom response times, eduroam and federation, and SIEM integration.
Pricing depends on device count, sites and ClearPass scope. We quote a fixed monthly price after reviewing your environment.
HPE and Juniper
Aruba and Juniper under HPE
HPE completed its acquisition of Juniper Networks in 2025, so Aruba and Juniper Mist are now both HPE networking lines. For Aruba customers, nothing needs to change today. We track the roadmap and advise on it at refresh time, and we manage both platforms. See Juniper Mist.
