The work is real. So is the ladder.
WCC is 80 people in Chino and Torrance who design, install, and support IT and security infrastructure across California with our own crews. No subcontractors, which means the person reading this is the person who'll be on the job.
Small enough that your work has your name on it.
You're on the job start to finish
We don't hand installs to subcontractors, so the crew that pulls the cable is the crew that terminates, tests, labels, and hands it over. You see the whole job, not one piece of it.
The jobs are worth talking about
Fiber on the Vincent Thomas Bridge. Two floors of a downtown tower. A countywide contract with a hundred calls a year. Look at the projects page; that's what a Tuesday looks like.
The paperwork is part of the craft
Test results for every link, machine labels, as-builts, certified payroll. It's how the work holds up in year eight, and we teach it the same way we teach terminations.
We pay for the training. You keep the certifications.
Manufacturer certifications
Verkada, Avigilon, Brivo, Cisco, Aruba, Corning, CommScope, Sumitomo, and the others we design around. Exam fees covered, study time on the clock.
Industry credentials
BICSI and the licenses that let you sign your own work. The same path our RCDD took.
Moving between teams
Our estimators and project managers came up through the field. If you want to go from installing to designing, or from the truck to the office, people here have done it.
Five teams, one payroll.
Cabling, fiber, cameras, access control, wireless, AV. Dispatched from where you live, across California.
Site walks, drawings, bills of materials, RCDD review. You price what will actually be installed.
Materials, scheduling, reporting, billing, and forecasting on jobs from a single door to a district rollout.
Enterprise, public agencies, districts, and healthcare across California. You sell with an engineer, not instead of one.
Purchasing, staging and burn-in, payroll and prevailing-wage compliance, and the people who keep 80 others moving.
What we're hiring for now.
Eight openings. If nothing fits, send a resume anyway; we hire good technicians when we find them, not when a posting opens.
