Managed Cisco Meraki services

Monitoring, security tuning, licenses and changes for your Meraki network, with technicians who can fix the cable and the closet too.

Updated October 2026 · CSLB #819788, C-7, C-10, C-28

The short answer

WCC manages your Cisco Meraki network day to day: monitoring, firmware, security tuning, SD-WAN, license renewals and changes, with technicians who can show up on site when the problem is a cable, a switch port or an access point. It fits organizations with several sites and no dedicated network staff, and it covers Meraki MX, MS, MR, MV and MT.

Why manage it

Meraki is easy to install, not to run well

The Meraki dashboard makes deployment fast. After go-live, the work shifts: settings drift as different people make changes, licenses lapse and devices stop working, firewalls stay on default security settings, firmware falls behind, and the dashboard's AI recommendations go unreviewed. Most organizations don't have someone whose job is to own all of that. That's what managed Meraki is for. See our Cisco Meraki partner page for new installs.

Why WCC

Most managed Meraki providers stop at the dashboard

When an access point drops or a switch port flaps, the cause is usually physical: a damaged cable, a PoE budget, a bad patch cord or a hot closet. Software-only providers open a ticket and send you to whoever wired the building. WCC installs cabling, Wi-Fi and switching ourselves, so we fix the whole problem with one call. We're licensed under CSLB #819788 with C-7, C-10 and C-28 classifications and have worked in California since 2003.

FAQ

Managed Meraki questions

What does managed Cisco Meraki include?

Monitoring, firmware management, MX security and SD-WAN tuning, wireless optimization, MV and MT administration, license tracking, changes and regular reporting.

How is WCC different from other managed Meraki providers?

We also install and repair the cabling, switching and Wi-Fi, so physical problems get fixed by the same team instead of being handed to another contractor.

What happens if Meraki licenses expire?

After a short grace period, Meraki devices stop working. We track renewals so that never happens.

Do you manage Meraki cameras and sensors?

Yes. MV cameras and MT sensors are managed in the same dashboard and included in the service.

Who owns the Meraki dashboard?

You do. We work inside your organization with admin access you control.

How much does managed Meraki cost?

It depends on device count, sites and service level. We quote a fixed monthly price after reviewing your dashboard.

Can you manage Catalyst switches too?

Yes, including hybrid environments where Catalyst switches are managed alongside Meraki.
